Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact
  • You notify us within 72 hours of delivery

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened fragrances or perfumes
  • Used or worn jewellery or watches
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Orders placed during sales or promotions

  2. Include your order number, product photo, and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours
  4. Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the item

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival
  • In case of exchange, we’ll ship the replacement once the original item is received and inspected

💸 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer, depending on the case
  • Processing time: 5–7 working days after receiving the returned item
